Booking Virtual Visits

Virtual visits can be booked in Sehacity portal. After the consumer has registered and opened their account, they have access to virtual visits, as depending on their subscription.

Once the virtual visit is booked, the consumer will be able to access the visit through their portal user. The visit is embedded in the portal page, and provides access to all the Sehacity IM functions, in addition to the portal functions, for a seamless experience.
