Below are the main features of Sehhati platform and brief summary of how it works:

Virtual Bookings

Appointment Booking is a key interaction of patients with healthcare service providers to schedule time with practitioners either in-person or virtual:

  • Patients to indicate exact time or time frame within which they would like to receive the service

  • Practitioner speciality or department

Booking can be direct if no referral is needed or otherwise connected with referral if needed.

virtual booking will be created through Sehhati platform which will avail virtual meeting rooms and specialized Telehealth platform to conduct the virtual visit.

Referral Gateway

A referral is a request for a care service, other than a specific diagnostic investigation or diagnostic procedure, to be provided for a patient.

Sehhati will serve as source of truth for referral eligibility rules by which service provider or patient can understand referral requirements for each class of medical services.

Health Programs

Health programs are bundled medical benefit programs that will avail coverage for primary care medical services in addition to limited speciality care interventions in a way that result in efficient use of healthcare benefits.

Certain patients will be automatically subscribed to Sehhati programs by their respective organizations/ employers and based on that Sehhati will create an orchestrated plan of care and curated set of guidelines to help patients in their health journeys.

service providers can integrate with health programs to receive various tasks and updates for patient journeys that they are part of to ensure care continuity and enhanced patient experience.

Prescription Management

Its usual case that physician consultation can result in medication orders or what is known as e-Prescription, the process of getting medications from pharmacies using e-Prescription reference can be challenging considering availability of medications and physical location of pharmacies.

Sehhati will provide a seamless and integrated medication delivery process which can be integrated with institutional and community pharmacies.

Patient Profile

in a patient centric approach that is adopted by Sehhati platform it is mandatory to have an updated patient profile for all clinical and non clinical data points that is needed for the platform to serve the patient in realtime with most accurate recommendations and interventions.

In addition to data integration as primary source of information benefiting from national HIE's and platforms like eClaimLink, Sehhati provides a set of API's to receive timely updates to patient profile.

Profile updates can either be direct using Sehhati API calls or indirect as information becomes available on connected national platforms.
